FAQ

Who can invest?

Accredited or Sophisticated Investors.
See the page named "Who can invest?" to see if you qualify.

Can I invest with my IRA, LLC, or LP?

Yes, with a self-directed IRA or self-directed 401k. Investors are able to also invest through an LLC or trust. Inquire for more details.

What is the minimum investment?

Currently, the minimum investment is $50,000.

What happens to my money when I fund an investment?

Funds can be wired directly into the subscription account of the fund or sent by check.

How often are distributions?

Investors can expect to receive distributions each quarter. We are striving to achieve monthly distributions. Additional distributions happen at special events, such as when the properties are sold or refinanced.

How often will I be updated on my investment?

Investors will receive asset management updates via email on each investment and a detailed investor report every quarter. General updates will happen monthly.

Am I able to cash out of my investment at any time?

No. Real estate investments are a long term by nature. We typically look for a 10-year hold. Between 2 to 5 years, we may refinance and can open up the shares to a buyout internally if an investor would like to liquidate their equity sooner.

What are the risks?

Like all investments, there are associated risks, including loss of property value. Prospective investors should read in entirety the Operation Agreement and Private Placement Memorandum and associated risk disclosures. Potential investors should consult their attorney, financial advisor, and/or accountant before making any investment decisions.
